Refund policy
If an app does not do what you hoped, you get your money back. That is the entire policy; the rest of this page is just detail.
Last updated: 21 September 2026.
14 days, no argument. Write to me within 14 days of buying and say you want a refund. You do not have to justify it, prove anything, or fill in a form. I would rather have an honest person who changed their mind than a frustrated customer.
How to ask
- Open the contact form and choose "A refund" as the topic.
- Tell me which app and which email address you used to buy it.
- Optionally, tell me what went wrong. This is genuinely optional — but it is the main way I find out what to fix.
What happens next
I reply and start the refund, normally within a few days of seeing your message. The money returns to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, and is usually somewhere between a few days and two weeks — that part is out of my hands.
Your licence stops when the refund is issued. Please uninstall the app.
After 14 days
Ask anyway. If an app is genuinely broken for you, or it stopped working after an update, the date is not the point — I would rather fix it or refund you than leave you with something useless. What I cannot do is refund a purchase from a year ago that worked fine the whole time.
The free apps
Nothing to refund. If one of them is not working, tell me anyway — bug reports on free apps are just as welcome.
Requested work
Custom work is different, because the time is already spent. Whatever we agree in writing before starting is what applies, including how any deposit is handled if the project is cancelled. If I am the one who cannot finish, you are refunded in full for anything not delivered. That will be written into the agreement, not left vague.
Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, consumer law may give you rights beyond this policy. Nothing here limits them. Where the law gives you more than this page does, the law wins.
The one thing I ask
Please come to me before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us; an email takes five minutes and I have never refused a reasonable refund.
